Intercity Technology is looking for a highly skilled and
motivated Transformation Project Manager to lead our systems
transformation initiatives. You will ensure the successful planning, execution,
and delivery of projects that align with our strategic goals.
Drive Organisational Change as a Transformation Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading
and managing end-to-end transformational projects: Enhance
internal processes, productivity, efficiency, AI systems, applications
strategy, and culture.
- Overseeing
integration projects: Ensure seamless connectivity between
systems and platforms.
- Developing
detailed project plans: Including scope, timelines, risk,
resource allocation, and budget management.
- Cultivating
strong relationships: With key stakeholders, including
senior leadership and project teams.
Project Management:
- Developing
and managing project plans: Timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identifying
and mitigating risks: Associated with transformation
initiatives.
- Providing
regular progress updates: Analyse project metrics.
Change Management:
- Owning
the transition process: Mapping out activities and metrics
for successful change adoption.
- Championing
effective communication strategies: Keep stakeholders
informed and engaged.
Key Skills and Experience:
Education and Qualifications:
- Proven
Project Management methodology, ideally qualified to Prince2 Practitioner
level; APM PMQ desirable.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum
of 5+ years relevant Project Management experience, specifically in large,
business transformational projects.
- Experience
with Dynamics365 CRM & ERP, Power Platform, API Integration, and ITSMs
preferable.
- Proven
commercial awareness, including business processes, constructing ROI and
business cases whilst identifying and defining benefits.
Competencies and Skills:
- Ability
to comprehend and understand complex solutions, to fault find and identify
the causes of problems.
- Ability
to motivate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across our
organisation.
- Ability
to be innovative in developing solutions.
- Willing
to travel.
