Intercity Technology is looking for a Transformation Project Manager to lead our systems transformation initiatives. You will ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects that align with our strategic goals.
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing end-to-end transformational projects to enhance internal processes, productivity, efficiency, AI systems, applications strategy, and culture.
- Overseeing integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and platforms.
- Developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, risk, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and project teams.
Project Management:
- Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with transformation initiatives.
- Providing regular progress updates and analysing project metrics.
Change Management:
- Owning the transition process, mapping out activities and metrics for successful change adoption.
- Championing effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven Project Management methodology, ideally qualified to Prince2 Practitioner level; APM PMQ desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant Project Management experience, specifically in large, business transformational projects.
- Experience with Dynamics365 CRM & ERP, Power Platform, API Integration, and ITSMs preferable.
- Proven commercial awareness, including business processes, constructing ROI and business cases whilst identifying and defining benefits.
Competencies and Skills:
- Ability to comprehend and understand complex solutions, to fault find and identify the causes of problems.
- Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across our organisation.
- Ability to be innovative in developing solutions.
- Willing to travel.
