Intercity Technology is looking for a Sales Training Coordinator to join the team to play a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our sales team. You'll be driving continuous improvement, and ensure the team exceed their targets.
As a Sales Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering training programs to improve sales team performance, focusing on processes, tools (such as Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI), and product knowledge.
- Providing ongoing training and support to ensure effective adoption of sales tools and systems.
- Collaborating with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted enablement initiatives.
- Supporting product launches and campaigns by developing and delivering enablement materials, playbooks, and training sessions.
- Partnering with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Acting as the key point of contact for external training providers.
- Analysing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining and updating training documentation and resources to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Supporting the Head of Revenue Operations in fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Key Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales operations, enablement, or a similar role, ideally within the IT managed services or technology sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence others and driving sales performance improvements.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
