We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our team, in this role you will be supporting the People Advisor and the wider people team with a wide range of duties. This will include the delivery of the people strategy, supporting with issuing of people related paperwork, management of the people system and supporting the onboarding process.
As a People Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Support the delivery of the people strategy including reviews
- Support the management of people policies and procedures
- Support with the leaver process including return of equipment, access restrictions and exit interviews
- Ensure digital personnel files are up to date, including compliance with legislative requirements, such as right to work checks, DBS checks, completion of e-learning
- Monitor absence statistics and support management to address issues when required
- Support Finance team with payroll administration
- Support with the management of overall colleague lifecycle
- Management of HRIS
- Support with the management of Reward statements and benefit communication
- Management of the people team inbox
- Handling colleague queries promptly
- Support the wider people team with business processes
- Support the Socialites team
- Value integration
- Manage CPD calendar of events
- Manage Wellbeing calendar of events
- Support ESG/community initiatives
- Oversee and support with the people teams ISO audits requirements including conformance management
- Colleague communications – People Update, Quarterly Update prep,
- Conduct induction for all new starters
- Assist with colleague engagement and accreditations
- Adhoc project work
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a people team or interest in HR
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
