As the SDR Manager, you will focus on generating Sales Qualifies Leads (SQLs) that drive on business opportunities. Collaborating with the Customer Acquisition Team Lead, Marketing Team, and Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and shaping the long term vision of the SDR team.

As a SDR Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the SDR team to achieve SQL targets
- Developing and implementing training and coaching programs to enhance team performance
- Refining and optimising SDR processes with Customer Acquisition Team Lead
- Identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and qualification strategies
- Driving timely engagement with inbound leads and ensuring effective follow up
- Fostering a collaborative team culture focused on growth and success
- Setting performance expectations, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable feedback
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new SDRs
- Aligning SDR activities with broader sales and marketing objectives
- Leveraging insights from customer interactions to improve product and messaging.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an SDR Manager role with a track record of leading teams to success
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in sales techniques, strategies, and negotiation
- Excellent problem solving, time management, and organisation abilities
