We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales & Marketing team, helping us uncover new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads. You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy connecting with prospects, driving campaigns, and turning interest into action. Key Responsibilities as a Senior BDR:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within SME and Enterprise markets (50–1,000 employees), using outbound and inbound channels including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.
- Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with Marketing to drive targeted campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and attendance at events.
- CRM & Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, forecast opportunities, and manage pipeline activity in CRM.
- Discovery & Insight Gathering:
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover decision-makers, pain points, and contract timelines, enriching our prospect database.
- Team Support & Leadership:
Support the BDR Manager with coaching and training junior team members, reviewing calls, and leading campaign briefings when required.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a B2B sales or lead generation role
- Strong communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Confidence using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
