We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team and help us deliver exceptional results. Working in a hybrid way from home with some travel to our offices, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, uncover new opportunities, and drive revenue growth across Intercity’s full range of Communications, Cloud & Security, and Managed Services solutions.

Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain a clear account sales strategy.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
- Prepare accurate proposals and quotations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Deliver consistent revenue growth through skilled pipeline management.
- Maintain an active 30-60-90-day pipeline and provide regular updates.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Motivate virtual resource teams to win business.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Stay informed on industry trends and make recommendations for service improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong educational background (degree desirable).
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently hitting targets.
- Experience with Microsoft solutions and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments (essential).
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and directors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
