We’re looking for a Fulfilment Team Leader to take charge of our end-to-end order fulfilment operations, ensuring every product leaves our doors on time, in full, and to the highest standard. You’ll combine hands-on fulfilment with team leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. From driving operational efficiency to elevating the customer experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver excellence across every order.

Key Responsibilities as a Fulfilment Team Leader:

Order Fulfilment

  • Oversee and execute end-to-end fulfilment across all product categories.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders on progress and timelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across all orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent delays or shortages.
  • Troubleshoot fulfilment issues quickly and implement effective corrective actions.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Line manage a diverse fulfilment team, providing coaching, support, and structured feedback.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Put the customer experience at the centre of every process.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
  • Use data to drive smarter decisions, automation opportunities, and best-practice improvements.
  • Partner with PMO, Operations and Product teams to align fulfilment processes with business goals.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Managed Service Provider/Telecoms provider experience.
  • Strong leadership background with experience managing multi-skilled teams.
  • Excellent problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Confident using fulfilment systems, data, and reporting to inform decisions.
  • Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for operational excellence.

 Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Order accuracy and on-time delivery performance.
  • Team engagement, development, and performance.
  • Efficiency gains and cost savings achieved through optimised processes.
